We hired Dana from Brooklands Design to evaluate our prevented maintenance contracts for cost and accuracy. He did a great job and was on time and was cost effective. He pointed out some missing items, so we had an apple to apples comparison and brought some items to the table that were not on our radar screen and could of cause production down time.
It was well worth hiring Dana for his experience of mechanical systems.

The company I worked for was interested in adding new boiler and Chiller plant to back up the existing Equipment and add redundancy. Dana put together a layout and specification with a budget that we could have our board review and approve. We were so comfortable with Dana we hired him to oversee the project and managing the subcontractors until the job was complete. This allowed our company no interruption or shortage of staff.
